Cornbread Cake

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs,  beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups self-rishing flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecans, chopped very fine

Preheat over to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease and flour a 13"x9"  pan.
Stir together sugar, brown sugar, eggs and oil in medium mixing bowl until smooth.
Stir in flour and vanilla.
Add pecan and stir until evenly mixed.
Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.

After cake has cooled dust with powdered sugar.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top (optional).

Don't let the name of this recipe fool you, this cake tastes more like pecan squares and looks like a brownie....very yummy!
