Coconut Cake

1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup carnation milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz) can coconut

Bake cake as directed on the box.*
Reserve egg yolks for frosting.

Frosting:
Combine egg yolks, margarine, sugar, milk, flour and vanilla in large saucepan.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Stir in coconut.
Stir constantly while cooking. 
Let this cool before frosting cake.




*I've made this cake in a 13x9" pan and I've also baked it in 2 round cake pans.
